We had our first annual Smith weekend here at Sewanee a couple of weekends ago! We had a great time! We hiked the Fiery Gizzard which was 3 miles long. At the end there was a beautiful waterfall and watering hole where all the kids got in and swam! Saturday night was our tennis tournament and Sunday morning we all got up and went for a four mile bike ride to the cross. This is our picture at the cross on Sunday morning! Lots of fun and looking forward to the years ahead!
Did I also mention that most everyone slept in tents in our front yard!!! I lucked out with Izzy and bunked inside with Nana and Pappaw!!! Ha!
