The weather has been so incredible lately, we have taken full advantage of the pond across the street! Infact, just yesterday afternoon Isaac and Mary B. decided to take their first dip of the year. I was shocked when they jumped in like it was no big deal (Of course with life vest, thanks to the Woffards). I wish I had some pictures to show you of our adventures over there we have so much fun exploring the water. The little girls love to play in the shallow end and build sand castle with their big brother! We like to take Charlie down there too so he can get some extra exercise! Ever since we put in an invisible fence he gets a little restless just hanging around the house all day. Good for the neighbors, bad for Charlie! By the way did I mention that Bubba thought it would be a good idea shave him for the summer....
(me: "oh professionally" bubba: "no, I think I can do it!" me: "NOOOOOOO!!!!!" ... So Friday I saw him going out to the porch with our clippers!!!!!!!
Yes, he tried to shave the dog himself! I have never felt so sorry for a dog in all my life.
We now have a half bald Labradoodle and are in the process of figuring out our options on this one. Poor Charlie!

We had so much fun!!!! The kids rode horses, played with pigs, bunnies, mice, even snakes! YUK! For special treats we roasted marshmallows, and got some cottoncandy!!!! It was a good little treat for the day! They were extremely wound up for this, I told Bubba I think it was the chocolate pop tarts I let them have this morning. Won't do that again! Even so I think we all had a blast and didn't want to leave!Isaac and his friend Thomas seemed to really enjoy the snakes... This picture reminds me so much of something Bubba would do, I could of killed him!! I HATE SNAKES!

Even now I can hear Izzy saying, "Pet mama, pet!"

Emma being the baby lover that she is fell in love with all the baby mice! I could hardly tear her away from that and the bunnies! She was in heaven!

Emma's wish was that the weekend would last "foreverrrrr!" In her sweet little lazy tounge, having the passy way too long, language! But all good things must come to an end, boo!
Isaac told me this morning that he thought that Monday was a "vacation day" for school and for a second I believed him! He then said, " Well, I guess it's not, but I wish it was!" Spring fever is rearing it's head, I only hope the poor teachers can manage all these kids just one more month! Soon enough we will be searching out every swimming hole, hiking trail, and petting zoo we can find! Hold on kiddos!

You have got some brave kiddos! Holding all those snakes! :) haha...GREAT pictures of them! :) I can't imagine having a snake as a pet, but I think Merrick would love to adopt a dinosaur if I could find one. ;)
