All in the Family!

This weekend at Sewanee was "Parent's Weekend," Bubba has always used this weekend as a opportunity to get all the basketball players, parents, and families together for a big cookout! It's a really good time to introduce the team and new parents, get to know eachother, and talk about the season a little bit! It basically rained all day until about 30 minutes before everyone arrive! Thank you Lord! We had a great time introducing all the new families and getting to see all the old ones. It's hard to believe it's that time of year again!





















Toward the end of the night it's tradition to get one big shot of the group! It's kind of fun to look back over the years at all the players and their families. We started this parents weekend tradition at Hampden Sydney and we look forward to watching "our family" grow through years of exciting basketball at The University of the South!





















Speaking of family.... Nana and Pappaw came down (or up not quite sure when you live south of Nashville on a mountain?) for the weekend. They have been part of our "parent's weekend " tradition for a long time. They were here to meet and greet and of course chase little kiddies all over the place! They were a huge help and we always enjoy our time with them when they are here! They, of course, brought goodies for the kids... this time it was bubble wands and boy did they have fun! We love you Nana and Pappaw, thanks for coming to rescue mama and play with us!!!!
